I believe the trick in this case is that Earl has passed the job on to Nelson.

I don’t mind folding the sheets fitted or top. I don’t like folding the shirts, pants or under shorts.. Towels and sheets are fine for me. I don’t like the fitted with the elastic going all the way around.

I own only one. It goes right back on the bed when the laundry’s done. Problem solved.

I only buy one set of sheets at a time. . .they go right back on the bed after they’re washed. . .

I forget why we needed fitted sheets. I remember the days of bringing lovely air and sun dried sheets in from the clothesline and putting them on the bed the same way grandma did it. And they were something like 80 thread count muslin and didn’t conform to your sleeping hide like plastic wrap. sigh…

My grandson learned how to do it in the military, believe it or not. Now, if he could teach Hubby how to make what we called a hospital corner. I’m not sure if Hubby is dumb – or very smart.

Today, my wife asked if I knew how to fold fitted sheets. I said I use mittens. That satisfied her that I knew, but I notice she is going more and more toward Nannette Boulais’ technique.

    J. Short. I’ll check it out. I have never been able to fold fitted sheets either.
