The “typo” is similar to the perception tricks in the junior high school puzzle books, where an article is placed twice in a phrase, to see if you notice, as in:“BIRDS OF AA FEATHER”… instead of “birds of a feather”.

What typo? I do see “TIME” that appears to be “TINE”, but the M is an M if you magnify it.
