Détente.

She did give Opus a slap in the face sort of a compliment. Good of him to take it the way he did.

I think she is complimenting him for being very real and not depending on looks and acting with stereotypical male bravado.

I don’t remember the name of the female comedian, but was watching a bit where she was talking about dating … “I went on a blind date with a Marine. We were looking at the menu in the restaurant and he says, ‘I could kill you in 6 seconds’, ’I’ll just have the toast then ..’”

So, she’s a big fan of penguin lust?

That figures!

“And what a flower of a girl you are too, tootsie pie. Want another drink?” (In and among the lines NOT to say at this point).

I think that’s called “damning with faint praise” in some circles. Dunno ’bout penguins, though….
