Aww, Alice. You have to tolerate your big brother, you know, whatever his foibles!

Hi, margueritem; hope you’re feeling better!

^Hey, it’s my wife’s 50th today. Happy Birthday, Badger - you’re in good company. (and she’s getting Belgian Waffles in bed today)

Charles Schultz could never have written this strip.

It could be worse Alice, Petey could be the type of brother that likes to torment his sister!

I’ve got a spot like that on my ceiling. From one angle, it looks like a cute little fluffy bunny. From another, a rampaging bear. So it depends on the mood …

And Munodi, Charles Schulz didn’t have to write this strip. He wrote Peanuts, you know.

Peanuts was quite funny for kids and quite edgy for parents in the day.

Yeah, when Schulz started, nobody else was doing what he was doing. Then everybody started doing it. Then everybody complained that Schulz was still doing “that tired old stuff.”

The best strips don’t imitate other strips, but they end up being imitated. “Peanuts” was one of the best of all time. “Cul de Sac” has the potential to be another.

Now now Alice, even a Green Lantern has to recharge his ring from time to time. Give Petey room for an extended awkward pause.

    I understand Alice’s trepidation. Petey’s neuroses might be hereditary…
