Who gives out the tickets? Who scares the drivers? Do they really believe some were born yesterday? Income makes the profits for the municipality? Or all just a game.
I’d be more scared of the cop on the Segway, because he’s probably ticked to start with, at being on that thing, instead of the big bad motercycle….and that gives him the “cranky edge”!
