I believe there was a full Seder dinner that night. The water into wine, and transubstantiation of the bread and wine were extras.

Check under that table. This group always tries to sneak in an extra amphora or two to avoid the corkage fee. And they’re lousy tippers when you call them on it.

A classic misunderstanding. What they served was imported — i.e., un-Levant — bread. 8^D

This isn’t necessarily the Last Supper, since they appear to be regular customers, so bread instead of matzoh is okay.
