Wow. From actual law-breaking to made-up, unindicted “scandals” propagated by FOX News and Drudge. Talk about your false equivalency.

No,no, this makes sense: It’s the progression from a large scandal that threatened our system of government, to a kind of silly scandal over whether you have to be honest about consensual sex between adults to a ridiculous non-scandal invented by the traitors who tried to destroy our system with the big scandal.

Umm….. One guy is snooping on his political enemies. Then you have a married President coercing a 20 year old employee to give him BJ’s in our White House and now his “wife” is deleting 30,000 emails from her government account as Sec of State! The Clinton’s make Nixon look like the Pope!

It is simply Hillary bashing to try to discredit her. So far many months of investigation, millions spent, and there is almost nothing to show for it except reducing her poll numbers. It is another Benghazi fiasco. Colin Powell did the same thing when he was Secretary of State. It was legal accepted practice at the time. We should be talking about solutions to all of the problems the country faces not mindless bashing by political sects,

The difference is if NIXON had not resigned he would have been removed from office. These are not the same kind of scandals.

Nixon would have been convicted by bi-partisan supermajorities because he committed crimes against the state. That’s why he resigned. Clinton never would have been convicted, because it was a purely partisan witch-hunt. That’s why he didn’t resign. Hillary has yet to be accused of a single thing, other than perhaps being as careless as everyone else in politics about emails (see Colin Powell’s laptop). It’s purely a partisan witch-hunt, and won’t convince anyone who doesn’t already have Democrat-derangement syndrome.

Yeah, I’m going to vote for someone with the same ethics as Richard Nixon.

But I’m in the minority who expect ethics in my leaders. I do say I’ve been sorely disappointed.

But hey, that’s the American way. The ends are everything. You can cheat like Brady and the Patriots, but if you win the Superbowl, it doesn’t matter. As long as you are a superstar, you don’t have to have any ethics at all, People will fall at your feet and kiss them as well as other parts of your anatomy at the other end of your legs.
