Well, I was going to try doing yoga each day, but I am still in pain from first session yesterday. Paul said I should do some every other day and ease off if pain gets worse.
Chesney really made me laugh today. And ya know, it’s really sweet that he’s so concerned with Woof. I don’t think it’s just that he’s afraid Annie will think he’s nuts-nuts.
Ok, this is my first attempt at posting a photo – if it works, it is of my 2 little boys, the Orange and white one is Muezza, and the black one is Dabdoob – they are brothers from the same litter, born in our backyard the day we moved into our house. Their mother was a stray in the neighborhood that the previous owner would feed sometimes – we promised her we’d continue feeding her, which we did until she stopped coming around (right when I was supposed to catch her to take her to be spayed – it’s like she KNEW what I had planned – lol)
Thank you for the update on Blitzi, any animal not eating is a real worry. I’m so glad he’s eating, I’ve had cats on Hills special food before, I know it’s more expensive but anything that works is cheap in my book. I’m so glad he’s recovering.
I’ve always said that ‘cheap’ food is not cheap if you throw half of each tin/pouch/bag away.
Sorry no pics today, bad headache, just had to come say hi.Marge glad Blitzi is better.Dale and Kristen, I have been praying for you and your dog since I read about it. Still am.Take care all.
@MoreCatsThanSenseThank you for your kind thoughts. My 3 cats have always loved Maxie, the kindest and gentlest pooch. They have been even more loving toward him since the event! Both Oliver and Tyler cuddle up/sleep with him…Christopher rubs against him and walks under him during grooming. It is beautiful to see these 2 species co-existing so perfectly.
@GweedoYes, Gweedo, there is NOTHING like support from friends and family! Your friend’s experience touched me immensely. I’ve tried to warn as many dog walkers/owners these past 3 days and they in turn are touching base with many others to try to protect our beloved pets.
@Marge….I went back to read yesterday’s comments and am SO relieved to hear that Blitzi is eating again! I could tell how stressed you have been. Please keep giving updates on his progress. Isn’t the advice from fellow TEN CATS commentors just the best? I have learned so much. Thank you for your concern about my dog, Maxie.
@MountaingreeneryYour kind words and prayers are SO much appreciated. Maxie is getting better….we’ll see what the doctor/vet says when the stitches are removed in @7 days. Thanks again.
@Beth PetersonBeth, thank you for your concern re: my Maxie. I hope your lab has fully recovered. Today someone told me that mail carriers carry repellant spray…so I asked mine and she actually showed it to me….Its called BACK OFF dog repellant. I intend to try to get that or something similar. I used to carry a sturdy stick after another dog owner’s pup was bitten by another dog while her husband held it. In my case I’ll wait until Maxie has his stitches out and checkup…then present the final bills to his attacker’s owner. If she doesn’t pay then it’s a civil suit.
I am SO HAPPY to have this arc featuring one of my favorite TEN CATS….the one and only WOOF!!!!!! He is making an absolute fool out of Chesney. I love it. Thanks Graham Harrop.
Dale, I’ve been following your sad story and I’m sorry for all you’ve been through. It’s traumatic and something that will be difficult to put behind you. I’m so glad he’ll be ok. Give him hugs from all of us.
Rose Rabbit, this is the best pic I could find on Photobucket of a Catalpa Tree. That is most certainly what they look like when looking up into one. Got tired of looking for a whole pic of the tree, it is close to midnight here, LOL! :-) If you are interested try a bonafide garden site like Burpee, Gurney, etc. They are nice trees!
ALL THAT ASIDE, LOL, NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT, but you are correct, CAT alpa tree certainly fits in here!
