Thank you IBegone, ahem: Percy likes to sit with his legs crossed, but lately they have been staying that way when he tries to stand up, with disastrous results.

And Randy has shorter shorts to wear in the shorter sprints, which gives him a shorter start sprinting….

Ted’s exercise routine has taken longer than he expected.

His FitBit also plays videos of cute cats. He’s been walking for 7 hours already.

Chuck has dreams, big dreams, that involve Mable Marie Morrison…

Mornin’ all….

Another day, another 257 pies….123 loaves of bread…lots of cakes and cookies…PLUS…. 14 haircuts, a few manicures and pedicures…6 haircolor appointments, three which will require the painstaking application of XTI color-changing glitter….

6 hours at my tomato factory, meeting with supervisors and workers, inspecting the line, and overseeing production….

And a long night shift at the Tiki.Asit’s Tuesday, Fenton is off… so I’ve got the little monkeys, and no Fireman to help keep an eye on them.

All in a day’s (and night’s) work.Who the heck needs exercise??Actually, while I’m sure it’s good for Gene…MY dog, Elvis, who is a cross-bred dog car, helps me NOT get more exercise than I need.

For those who don’t know, I received him as a wonderful gift from StelBel, a couple of years ago, when she retired him from transporting guests to and from SCHAABS (StelBel’s Canine Hotel And Antique Browser Store). He’s been a wonderful dog, car, and pal.

You know… I was just thinking about how many friends a person has when she bakes pies.

It’s just amazing.

And 2Old…. that’s precisely why I don’t touch my toes.At least, not from a standing position!

Iammu, Dogsniff, StelBel, LadyKat…and any of you other early-bird East-coasters….There’s fresh hot apple pie with cinnamon sauce at the Tiki….free cup of coffee or tea with every slice till noon.

Good morning everyone. I am hoping to get in a ride today,I went yesterday and got Mogee my V7 M/C,it’s sitting in the back yard waiting.sigh.Get warmer soon,come on SUN. :)

IBgone & 2old – you are really making the Ballard Street experience quite enjoyable. I might have to try watching cat videos while exercising to keep motivated. Beviek – loved the picture of the bears! SusanSunshine – hot apple pie with cinnamon sauce sounds about as good as it gets! I will have to add a few more hours of exercise after indulging in that.
