With a hair cut you might look presentable and not have to wear a flea collar..

That’s what my son thought, too. So I gave in. Now he looks like a barbarian.

@shmiss: Wouldn’t that be “wings clipped”?

But you’d look more like a Barbarian if you didn’t get a hair cut, Skylar.

At the Parris Island Barber, my hair went from 18 inches to 1/18 in 45 seconds. Didn’t tip him.

Shy - yet another plug for homeschooling! We homeschool because our children because: 1) We have kids with attention problems. 2) The Teacher / Student ratio is 1:1 and they learn MUCH better. 3) We can take breaks and vacations whenever we want to. 4) They’re not getting someone’s agenda crammed down their throats. 5) We don’t HAVE to subject them to small arms training at 5 years old.

AND - they and we will have a much closer relationship and memories of all that we did TOGETHER during their childhood.

    and many more reasons.

Thanx - I feel a little better about having to pay all those taxes “for the schools” and getting absolutely NO benefit AND having to buy all that curriculum.
