Well, Brian, define “trouble”… if you mean that you will be the only one who gets blindly defended by one side of a us-versus-them, the-world-is-black-or-white, good-versus-evil, you-aren’t-a-patriot-unless-you-give-full-support-and-give-no-credence-to-any-of-the-facts tribal mentality…. phew! Then yes, Brian, you will be the only one who gets in trouble for this. Oh yes, and Geraldo Rivera. And your story didn’t get thousands of civilians and American reservists killed!

Hilarious stuff, taking me back to the days when some bootlick clown—Chuck Asay, perhaps—regularly drew Junior as a soldier in Iraq, defending grateful Iraqi citizens who in turn warned him of ambushes by the US media (yeah, I know, it makes no sense to me either).
