Some folks just don't understand the threats both foreign and domestic... Tell ya what Bill... I don't even get into politics with patience anymore... I had a hippie dippy college kid wants. Needed some work done. Somehow we got onto the subject of foreign policy... And he started spouting out a buncha namby-pamby stuff about our military-industrial complex and are oppressive surveillance state. What the @#$@$#? Yeah really got on my nerves... But... Hey... I'm a professional... I did my job and finished the procedure... Ok. Maybe... Just maybe I might have gone a little light on the Novocain when I was filling out his #20 bicuspid. Hahahahaha! Doctor this is Mr. Monahue for your 2:30 appointment. Give peace a chance

Well, looks like you have lost a patient and received a citation from your state dental association for ethics violations and unprofessional practices. Not to mention reinforced ALL suspected negative stereotypes of dentists.

Well dentists are part of the “system” as well so it’s no surprise they wouldn’t believe in any common sense, outside of the box conversation :)

My dentist and I have a system. I get extra drugs BEFORE the needle. And … if any trouble – Tap Out. Haven’t had to Tap Him Out. But did have to have a little talk with the assistant when he stepped out. Explain that she was too rough. Now when I saw the chairs – I thought barbers – and they do the ‘bad hair’ cut. So Monty is lucky. No one will see his pain.

Did anyone read Pastis’s Pearls Before Swine? It shows up in my emailed comics immediately after Monty. Give “Pisa” chants." :) Love it when a couple cartoonists do that on the same day!
