Aagh, “off of” – why not use “from”?

A meteoroid is the object in space before it hits earth’s atmosphere.

There’s no atmosphere on the moon. “Um, actually, there’s a thin atmosphere of helium…” Details, details. Anyway, my point is there’s no OXYGEN atmosphere on the moon, so there wouldn’t be any streak of fire when a meteor— “Meteoroid.” —meteoroid passes through. So does that mean the moon has no meteors? And if there are no meteors, there’d be no meteoroids or meteorites. Take THAT, Imaginary Heckler! “…They’re still called meteors even though there’s no streak. Scott was wrong about the meteor being the streak…” Shut up! Shuttity up up up!

Meteorites are mostly iron so being beaten by one would be ironic.

Meteor, Streak; Meteorite, Meteoroid… Let’s call the whole thing off.

I seem to have found my closest match in the comic: Moon-Minion.

Look at those skinny legs in the lower left panel. He should have worn pants or a longer robe because those legs undermine what little authority he has.
