Cheers, Warren! As long as you are comfy in your short sleeves and shorts, we prefer to leave it at that, and not provoke any further clothing discard.

    Howdy, Cleo crew…

and, of course, welcome, newcomers, if you’ve just found us…

This is where we’ll gather, to comment on

the March 30th  2020 “CLEO and COMPANY”

    Read it on Sherpa

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

Claude may be about to become one of the first to contract “foot-in-mouth disease” using someone else’s foot.

Of course, that’s not exactly where Clara intends to apply said foot…

But if Claude doesn’t toe the line, that will be just the first step.

Cleo is still silent, here… unable, as yet, to provide any arch remarks.

Just wait till she finds her footing…. there will be no paws in the snarky comments.

    If the Clifford family ever holds a sarcasm contest… Cleo’s a shoe-in.

There’s ham. I believe that’s the part of the leg Cleo is more interested in there.

I’m running this very old strip on ‘New Strip Monday™’ because there’ll be a new animation for this Friday.

    Warren is loving 70°…

    I’d love to see 72!

Meanwhile… tonight I read a few late comments from yesterday…

    Nighthawks…

Apparently you can still get mini cereal packs some places…

But I was right… they’re very expensive…. this 10-pack from an online grocer is $10.99!

    https://www.nassaugrocery.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/kelloggs-variety-pack1.jpg

Costco and Amazon offered 30-packs but both listings said “out of stock.”

There are also some packed in paper cups or plastic bowls.

I was only looking out of curiosity… you’d have to pay ME to eat Froot Loops.

    Hi, Dry…

you said "2 confirmed cases in my county now. :-( "

My county ( abt 500,000 people) has 58 cases…. including three new ones just confirmed Sunday!

13 currently in the hospital… the good news is another 13 are confirmed recovered.

Of the 58 cases, 28 are between the ages of 18 and 48, and only 10 over 65.

The county health director is pleased we’re “taking care of our seniors.” Then again… we have FAR fewer seniors than 18 to 48-yr-olds.

I hate to keep talking about it, but I also keep learning new things.

It’s been worrying me that very soon I need to go to a laundromat… I have no machines.

I read today that the CDC says it’s fairly safe…. and I saw suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of.

So just in case any of you have to do it too…

Put your laundry bags in plastic bags.

If you can, spray or wipe the laundry cart and the machines with disinfectant.

    Use hot water when possible.

Wash the bags too… and then put the clean laundry in them inside the plastic bags.

Do all the sorting and folding at home.

Your laundry touches nothing but the machines and inside your own plastic bags.

    WASH YOUR HANDS.

Cleo is waiting ever so patiently for that wonderful ham to fall on the floor. Then it’s fair game, and she’s off to the couch to bury it in the cushions.

This may be old, but still a good one, NH.

Cleo doesn’t care where your foot is going, she just wants to know where the food is going. She will take care of any leftovers.
