I do talk to myself, especially if I am trying to work out a problem. While I’m taking a walk in the park is an excellent time to do this, but people look at me funny. I’m either going to have to continue wearing a mask so they can’t see my lips, or use a fake phone.
I believe it is OK to talk to yourself. Even to ask yourself questions and answer them. It’s when you ask yourself a question and say “Huh, what was that?”… then you need help.
