My husband had a co-worker who tended to help himself to whatever was in the company ‘fridge. One time my husband had stopped at Wendy’s and picked up a chili. Sure enough, the guy helped himself to it. Boy, was he surprised when he discovered that my husband had (purposely) added some extra-hot sauce to it!!!
Sad that we have to booby trap our lunches. I switched salad dressings from calorie wise to the smelliest blue cheese dressing I could find. Worked like a charm.

If I do eat a tuna sandwich, I usually add Jalapeños or other stuff to mask the taste.
