    I think, the toothpaste brand is spelled ULTRA BRITE, and I haven’t seen it since 1979.

    Ultrabrite is still made by Colgate. I remember buying 30 tubes in the early 70’s to get box flaps to enter a contest in which the grand prize was an AMC Gremlin.

    Maybe GT didn’t go that far with free advertising for Ultra Brite, hence the spelling Ultra Bright.

    Its a two bathroom property. Its just that there is only one bathroom with indoor plumbing, indoors. .Other than the mention of the type of toothpaste … I don’t see an out of date strip.
