Just what my parents’ dog thought of my baby, too. But she just ran away from where she had been laying when baby came at full speed.

Well, ‘Hello’, to Biscuit, long time no see. I almost forgot that Val, Evie, Holly, and Alix had a dog it’s been so long since we’ve seen her.

Woo-hoo! Tacky grandmabrag alert – last night the creator of my avatar (who drew it on the computer shortly before or after her sixth birthday – she’s eleven now) won first prize for the best costume among the oldest age group at the annual Halloween skate at our village Lions Club hall (Wisconsin). She wore a black capelike thing, a silly chicken head, and sunglasses. As a pièce de résistance, she carried a fake foot with bloody ankle that she’d gotten at a Dollar Tree the previous week. The foot was a big hit with the younger kiddies, who kept touching it, and a younger boy who fought it with his light saber. (She has assured me that the thing won’t turn her into a mass murderer.)

Not everyone first language is english, sometimes it is our second or third. A little courtesy and gentle correction without sarcasm would not be amiss.

I don’t know why people think it’s okay to be rude when others make a mistake.

With both grandkids, my son’s female wire fox terrier keeps an eye on them and will let their parents know if she thinks there’s a problem – while keeps her distance from the kids. She also lets them know if she thinks they are taking too long to respond. Ever had your parenting skills criticized by a dog?

If you want a time waster, go find some of the cutest videos where cats & dogs are snuggling with their BBFs (Best Baby Friends). It can work out.

Kid Sister’s Pit Bull would use her tail to play “catch it if you can” with the carpet crawlers. When she got tired of it she just moved way.Sshe was a good dog & loved kids.

I loved my husbands dog, he had it when we married, until he bared his teeth at our new baby. Then he was outta there. I gave him a choice, the dog goes or the kids and I do
