Who says Rita has no management skills?You don’t have to understand the products of your company, you don’t even have to know what your company produces, as long as you get the credits when everything goes right and you have somebody to blame if things go wrong and you earn at least forty times more than the “working class” (everybody below your position).

Nope. I’ve had a number of bosses, and there are a lot of differences. Some have your back. Some don’t. Some are abrasive regularly. Some are nice until they get mad. Some what people to improve without actually giving you a clue about what they want. Others are very helpful.
