This should be interesting. Go ahead and play it for all it’s worth.

Yes we still have a ways to go. I still insist we have come a long way in a short amount of time. I remember being caught in a race riot at my high school. Horrible, my first (but not last) whiff of tear gas. I remember Federal troops being called out to force integration. We have come a long way since then. I remember Gov Wallace openly opposing integration on the school steps. Yes we have come a long way. It is just sad though that so many blacks who are being looked up to offer quick, sometimes illegal, shortcuts out of financial quagmire of low or no wages. Look at the gains we have made, vow not to make the same mistakes again, and keep pushing for a better life for all, despite race or religion.

It’s like most people don’t understand the difference between a hillbilly and a redneck.

Not voting for a candidate because they wear lined bifocals is truly strange. Lots of people wear lined bifocals for perfectly valid vision issues.

More to snuggle up to on a cold night, more to hug, more to hold on to when things get active, and more padding to pat to show your love.

I thought Boody was allergic to flowers. He must be taking and industrial strength anti allergy pill to keep that incredible sneeze blast flame thrower of his under control.

Some change winds up in my truck ash tray for parking etc., but the majority gets put in the Salvation Army “penny march” each Sunday. The penny march was originally meant for the kids to donate to world services, but as we have few kids now it is mostly adults, one container for “girls” one for “boys”. We have a monthly contest, no prize, between girls and boys to see who gets the most, I sometimes “salt” the boys with not only my weekly change, but a little folding green too. Usually the girls still beat us.

So nice to be retire, not so nice being disabled at the same time. Although is does keep me out of situations like this. For really fun pressure work as a Master Control operator in a TV station, did that for a number of years.

The United States doesn’t want a smart, talented, honest person in the White House, they want someone like Kim Kardashian, or worse yet Donald Trump.
