I would dread back-to-school shopping with Holly, too.

we take our g-kids shopping every year, we have lots of fun. we all enjoy the time together.

My mom never bought clothes for my kids, we do not live with her either. Good for Evie.Here in KS today is the first day of school. In one small town due to storm damage almost month ago, school there will not start until after Labor Day. The roof became uprooted from building and damaged inside occurred.Here locally teachers at a grade school practiced fire drill then experienced one for real. After lots of damaged teachers and children start Monday at a school that became closed. All staff is busy relocating.For me I start on-line class Thursday. I started reading text material lot of reading.

I admit it: it is not coincidental that our annual trip to visit my mother is usually scheduled for about a month before school starts.

the cost of having a cell phone doesn’t help the family/personal budget, just the service provider!

Oh boy.

Can’t wait to be a grandma and spoil my g-kids. :-)
