The one in the blog that most caught my eye was KREE- I cannot read that language so I don’t know the meaning, but all the diverse creatures remind me of my surrealist mural I painted in the living room. This detail shows some of them raining from the sky: Elephant, tiger, fox, racoon, man, eagle, rabbit, woman and some sort of antelope I believe. It has been decades.
Yes, I forgot to mention the obvious peacock. I enjoy birds so much that I often give them top billing. I used the doves also because I tried to incorporate all old legends about the creation. Preferably not religious (preferring to start my own controversies), snerk!
@pcolli and Bev, the word snerk is useful even though not originally legitimate and it is rather fun to say.
Re: Say No To DrugsI didn’t realize that poultry had a problem with drugs.
Apparently they do. Here’s a quote from a label on packaged Chicken.
“99% fat free. No added salt (Not a sodium free food). California grown. Fresh – never frozen. 100% all natural (Minimally processed, no preservatives, no additives). No added hormones. No added steroids (Federal regulations prohibit the use of hormones in chicken). Inspected for wholesomeness by US Department of Agriculture. USDA grade A…”
I’ve been using healthy chickens since I first saw the film “Food Inc” and I have posted links to many other exposes of our food industry on my FB. That was when I started making everything I can myself (to be healthier). I still had my gin every day and margs every so often, but dropped that for a year (with much else) on the advice of my new doctor.
I forgot to mention from the blog how one of Carlings drawings reminded me of Alice after the white rabbit down the hole (but that had little ledges with curious stuff).

It is all the artificial hormones and growth drugs; like the ladies in CA, they all want huge breasts (and implants would not be good to eat).
