I’m a Dj (music for weddings and things) and I find myself sounding like my dad more and more every day. Some of the stuff I have to play now days is the worst music I have ever heard but the partygoers go crazy for it. Go figure.

Well, the CD won’t fit in the potty. What else is he supposed to do with it?

I remember my music teacher (ca. 1963) telling us that the Beatles were totally without talent!

I’m a Karaoke host and play all kinds of music for the singers. I agree the “new” stuff isn’t great, but the singers like it. My older regulars still like Sinatra, songs from the 50’s-70s. My personal favorites range from Aerosmith to Rob Zombie with Toby Keith and other country songs I love to sing.

My son and granddaughter love the 60’s music I grew up with. That has got to be a first for muliti-generations of music.
