Mitch McConnell has said more than once that his goal is to ensure that Obama is a one-term president. Right-wingers please keep this in mind while trashing this cartoon.

    No trashing here.

This is truth I agree with. We Conservatives had better not compromise on ANYTHING coming out of this White House.

We Conservatives are coming to take our party back and will send any RINOs packing just like we did this year.

The house cleaning is NOT complete. Take heed Lott, Graham and McCain, et. al.!

Actually, one term has aleady proven to be too much, but now, at lest we can thwart his goals to destroy us from within.

Yeah yeah Bill….that’s what the conservatives said in the Contract with America.

And how did THAT work out for you?

Have you noticed that when the R’s attack the ‘liberals’ they NEVER do it in specific terms? Perfect example, the way they always bash Nancy Pelosi.

They never any specific examples of what she did that was so awful, just liberal this, socialist that, evil the other.

    Yeah S_J, I know.

I can only hope we are not coopted by the Graham, McCain. Lott Progressive types.

Lott has already stated “we will just have to marginalize them.”

Maybe we can be stronger than that and turn it on the RINOs.

We have a good start in “flyover” country. Now we have to translate that to DC.

^The agenda of the right is to reduce personal freedom and to concentrate wealth in the hands of the few.

All depends on who the big money people decide to back, Bill. Whoever gets the dough gets the power, it’s as simple as that.

And remember what I said in response to the Auth cartoon. The Republican party is not going to keep the House on nothing more than the campaign rhetoric that got it there. Now they have to deliver, they have to take action that will improve the conditions in this country. The American people want jobs, decent ones, the mortgage crisis dealt with, secure borders, and affordable healthcare. ( Yes, even the folks who don’t like Obamacare, want health care they can afford. )

You’re not going to accomplish ANY of that by ‘thwarting Obama’, and going back to the Bush-era policies…which is the only thing your so -called ‘real’ Republicans have offered so far.

And please Repubs…please start holding impeachment hearings when Boehner takes the gavel; please DO make that your priority in a time of economic crisis.

The middle class will love you for that one.

Before you get to Eager GOP…

Remember Two Years ago, YOUR head was on the chopping block. If you do nothing in the coming Two Years your head will be back on the chopping block.

The Parties are forgetting People are not so much voting for Party Politics but for Their wallets, and both parties are not very interested in our problems.

The people are voting for their country that dose not eliminate their own self interests.

If we really want to change things how about term limits. 18 years max combined time in both houses. If you are at 15 years and want to go for another Senate term sorry.

this tsunami vote was both “wallet and wrath”….the Left’s economic policies have worsened the recession and the Feds have built many barriers to business recovery and are blocking job expansion. Tea Party people have said the same things from Day One, but the Regime in DC chose to ignore the message, and demonized the speakers!

IMO Pelosi’s decision to adjourn without extending the IRS tax rates 2 or 3 years beyond 12/31/10 sealed the Dems doom.
