I saw the Beatty/Dunaway version of B & C when I was a kid. Revisited it a few years ago. Holds up reasonably well, I thought. I just finished a book by Jeff P. Jones: “Love Give Us One Death: Bonnie and Clyde in the Last Days”. A really well done account of their adventures. Fictiononalized where there is no data, but all built on the framework of the historical events. And yeah . . . the Oscar thing. Hardly Faye or Warren’s fault.
