My Grandfather had hemochromatosis. He eventually died from complications between that and diabetes. I don’t know if he ever had blood taken as treatment. My brother has one of the genes but we all get our iron levels checked yearly.

Comics is how my parents got my brother and I to read and behave on a really long family camping trip – Garfield in our case. It instilled a love of reading in both of us.

I also experienced glitches with Y2K. It was a bit embarrassing to have my new debit card declined every time I tried to use it in ’99 because it expired after 2000

Declawing in inhumane. Why not just keep their claws trimmed and/or buy claw caps. I’m doing both with my new cat. It doesn’t stop them from clawing but it does prevent them from causing damage. There are also no staining pet sprays to keep animals away from furniture.

any real skeletons that end up in classes now have to come from donors. Most like silvrGrl said were dug up & sold. Any student who is handling real bones are told to be respectful of them.
