   Actually: even if it hits 0:00 as long as the play is still going on it will count. Unless he’s saying they are behind by more than a TD in which case yeah they need to hurry.

   Yeah throwing punches usually leads to ejections unless its determined it was accidental, IE: defender is trying to punch the ball free to force a fumble. Even if that’s the case it’s still a 15 yard personal foul, and then usually the league will fine that guy later in the week once they review it.

    No, I believe it would count as a sideline infraction if anything. Essentially he’s a fan now so it would warrant a stoppage in play security would get him out of there, but I don’t think there’s any penalty. If it was deemed a sideline infraction then the first offense is a warning.
