Considering a NCAA bracket takes about 5 minutes to do and doesn’t involve the Republicans so of course he got done in time.

Is that all you can complain about there scott? That President Obama didn’t turn in his “homework” on time, by the first Monday in February? You don’t see any fault in the House, where budgets must originate, passing legislation and budgets that they know will go nowhere in the Senate, just to be able to claim they are doing something? And to give fodder to weak minds like you to complain about the Democrats “not doing anything,” when the failure lies in the HoR. Like the 33 or 34 bills passed repealing the PPACA, or Lyin’ Ryan’s current budget that relies on the repeal of the PPACA? How is any of this credible? And you find fault with the President picking a team to win. Here’s the difference there snotty, the Budget proposal, much less the actual budget, relies on input from others, some of whom are republicans hell bent on the destruction of this country to force the President to fail. On the other hand, the NCAA brackets or the March Madness or the fantasy football league or whatever game you wish to play or whatever you wish to call it, in this regard only relies on one person, the person creating their “team” or their brackets, no one else. Do you see a difference here? In order to do his brackets" all the President needs is a list of teams playing, a few slips of paper and a hat. In order to propose a budget much less get legislation out of Congress, he must have the cooperation of people who want to see him fail, regardless of what damage they do to this country in the process.

This is personal, usually I disagree with your politics. Opinions are OK to disagree with.
.
I never liked your attacks on Trustedmechanic though, kinda thought they were uncalled for as I generally agreed with his opinions more than yours.
.
Until he went ballistic on me for imaginings in his own head.
Pulled a “Rush” and tried to eat one of his own.
.
Anyhow, seems you are correct and Trustedmechanic is myopic enough he can no longer be a trusted source, his nearsighted bigotry is overwhelming his posts.

“Presidents don’t have budgets.”
Au contrare Mr. Night Guard. Please read the following:
“The President, in accordance with to the Budget and Accounting Act of 1921, must submit a budget to Congress each year. In its current form, federal budget legislation law (31 U.S.C. 1105(a)) specifies that the President submit a budget between the first Monday in January and the first Monday in February.
