Someone mentioned on another strip that GoComics was changing servers and that it might not be completed yet.However, I am not having a problem with this strip. Only just a few others. So perhaps they need to fix a few glitches that occurred in the process.

Nortly: No such problem so far today, but I had it on every one of them yesterday. The picture ultimately came up – 17 seconds after the ads.

boldyuma: The technical term for a female “straight man” is “talking woman” as opposed to comedienne, chorus girl, showgirl (much like the previous, but more talented at showing herself than at singing and/or dancing), etc.

I would like to amend my report. I read them horizontally rather than alphabetically. I got all of them in the usual time, but half of them were too small to read and barely adequate when I hit the magnifier. I can’t understand the references to “getting it working now” from those reading it in the dark of the morning – I read them in the 9-10 pm CDT today and even later yesterday. However, thanks to various for the information on alternate sites for viewing.

Once in a great while I feel a small tinge of regret for being an old bachelor. Then I read something like this, with a sweet old man driven to sarcasm by a shrew who with violent abuse fantasies and realize how totally awesome my life is.
