Thanks, Mabrndt for the title. I had thought (from the looks of the one the woman is holding) that these were ceramic, but it must just have a very wide rolled rim (which would be difficult to achieve in hand metal working). I have done reposse in sterling and know how difficult it is to know just when it needs to be annealed.

Since both come from Christie’s Images LTD., I thought this one might be there as well; but when I clicked that link, it immediately asked for login information (as you may have noticed), with nothing about how to register.
