You guys sure he’s not just an old fart like me trying to figure out how to text with numbers instead of a full QWERTY? Or even see which number is what letter on those tiny little keys?

I don’t think billiards were invented until much later. I just assumed it was precious metals, as my imaginary father was a goldsmith at the court of Frederich II.

With 10 or 12 movies, books and personal appearances he’s really into the Hollywood lifestyle.

OK, I changed my avatar (and this one has my little Fitzroy climbing in my heraldic umbrella).

Steve did you think that anyone without street experience would know what an eight-ball. Actually the term originated among heroin users toward the end of war in about ‘70. An eight ball of smack gave way to the more readily available (and acceptable) eight-ball of Blow. One eighth of an ounce. I think he was measuring Harry’s Ritalin

I can’t believe I’m reading a comic where it’s assumed you know what an eight ball is. Takes me back to the Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers.

“Steve did you think that anyone without street experience would know what an eight-ball [is]?”

That sort of slang can be easily picked up through TV and movies, as well. (I have no “street experience” but I got the reference in one go.) Frankly, I’m more surprised that nobody’s asked “Who’s Albus Dumbledore?”

Considering who’s doing the weighing, it must be a MAGIC 8-Ball. I’ve always WONDERED what that stuff inside them is, but whenever I asked I got “Ask again later” for an answer.

Even I saw ONE Harry Potter movie (with grandkids) and it was not bad, but I would not go to any effort to see another. My grandkids are currently from 4th grade to college age.

If you you changed it to anything, even for one day . . . 10, 30, 100 times can be endured . . . but every single day . . .
