@Cody Barnes: Oooor… maybe the reprogram isn’t to crash the rocket, but to allow Endtowners access to the sat data while denying that data to the TSs???
Flask, I’m afraid is a mad (in all senses of the word) genius. The topsiders will have focus to save their dome (and their none mutant ofspring) or their rocket. Flask is planning to take both their rocket and transform their offspring. Hence the need to tie up Linda. Once Linda finds out she’s not going to be happy about having her perfect child join her in transformation.

Explains why Petey hasn’t had a major role in the festivities so far.

Revenge is a dish best served cold! And in Flask’s case it has to be ice cold!

Maybe she wants to breach the dome and expose all of the Topsiders to the mutagen?

So all Wally has to do is plug in a flash drive? Hm, maybe its new coordinates, crash the rocket into the city.

Perhaps the rocket isn’t the main objective, and Wally’s there as a diversion.

Cody and Coyote both have good theories. I can’t wait to see how this pans out.
