Well there is instant coffee but it not the same.

And Cliff goes through life with his cap on.

Almost as bad would be making the next pot with decaf.

She probably uses *#@@!^& more than anyone.

Even worse than taking the last cup of coffee & not starting a new batch is taking the last cup of coffee, not starting a new batch, & leaving the pot turned on, so (1) the office gets filled with the smell of burnt coffee, (2) some idiot comes along later, tries to rinse out the hot pot with cold water, & cracks it, or (3) both!

This may be why the last few offices that I worked in had single-cup brewing machines. As long as the pods didn’t run out, no one got hurt.

There is a story that the first webcam was installed because the coffee pot was in the basement and the lab was on an upper floor. Programmers installed it so they could tell if there was coffee in the pot without making the trip. Because it was on the Internet (and not just a local area network) they used to get prank calls from around the world telling them it was time to refill the coffee pot.

That’s why some people will leave about a tablespoon of coffee and say, “There still coffee left”.

If the person was able to notice that they’re taking the last coffee, they wouldn’t need the caffeine so much.

All cartoon characters talk in all caps.

I’ve noticed that cartoonists in general use printed all capital letters when writing in their dialog.

All caps is normal. Except, once a month, she goes cursive for a while.

I had to do a recorded video for my last job interview. I finished by promising to never leave the coffee pot empty. They said that got me to the real interview. And yes, I did get the job.
