“What I did over my summer vacation” always sounded so boring when I wrote it down. Frankly, it usually wasn’t all that interesting while I was doing it. The back of the car, the kids table, kiddy pool, all the kid stuff took a lot of imagination to make interesting. (You know, fiction)
My son got in trouble for writing an essay on how we took an airplane to fly to McDonald’s for lunch. The problem was, it was true. We rented a Cessna 172 and took it to a small airport where there was a McDonalds right next door.

Now, what is scary is that there’s some proof that Capt’ Eddies’s stories have been true (at least some of them). Not sure Mom can handle that. Not sure the world can handle that. : )
