Patience my a$$ I’m going to kill something

They’re not here for you. They want the anchovies on the pizza.

First thing I saw as the page loaded was a bunch of Judges in black robes…

… and they’re not just circling up above (anymore).

Don’t – for all i care exercising can just take a hike.

A beer can in his hand. More beer cans around the room. A picture of a beer bottle on the wall.

Gotta be a bachelor who doesn’t believe his mirror or his weight scale, if he has either.

Wiley, you have noticed as I have, this depiction of the average middle aged American is true to life, not to mention, I have never seen so many overweight children on trash diets these days.

I need this as my mantra.

Awe, a Committee of Vultures, though not resting a tree, close enough. when they are flying they are called a Kettle. When they are eating they are called a Wake. Someone had a morbid sense of humor for that last one. :) May have mentioned before, but I took some decent pictures of a Committee of Vultures not that long ago. :)

Maybe he’s binge watching their favorite cooking show, “The Walking Dead”.

Seems only reasonable, really …

Buzzards know!

I used to have a commute that took me past a closed restaurant. Then it was renovated to reopen. for the first time in years the building was putting out warmth and a group of vultures started sitting on the roof peak in the morning-just animals enjoying warmth but you had to laugh it had to be the worst advertisement for a place ever.

I thought the pizza box on the right was a laptop. But that would suggest actual work, if not real activity.

Now take them big birds, Barnaby. Never eat a thing, just sit and stare.

Just change your socks. They won’t smell death in the room.

If the buzzards and lawyers have landed, it’s to late. Best to get some fire crackers and make it a moment to remember.

This one took me right back to my days of teaching Poe’s The Raven. This modern take on it is how Hollywood would remake the classic. It’s worth a read or a reread! https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poems/48860/the-raven

That is the way I feel right now. Oh well, this too shall pass (soon).

Why does this scene seem uncomfortably familiar?

That artwork on the right is a little suspicious.

What have I done wrong, Oh, Lord? In my first incarnation, sitting in the Garden of Eden with my dog, guzzling beer and scarfing down pizza was the recipe for a long and happy life!

I resemble that!

(Vulture chorus) “Oh, we wouldn’t say that.”

Naah, I look at the world and just wonder what’s taking the vultures so long. They waiting for me to reserve them a table?

I’m lucky – all I see out the window behind me is crows. They like my birdbath!

I would question why a group of vultures are at your window. Also, such birds are usually scavengers.

They swarm when Trump is on the golf course.

What are the symbols on the socks? I can’t make it out.
