The Trump uglified GOP must be destroyed. The present Republican senators and representatives are far too beholden to white supremacists, to white nationalists, to aggrieved whites who live in fear that demographic shifts will erode their privileges, to violence prone thugs, to unchristian pseudo-Christians and to all manner of gullible, ultra-right-wing conspiracy theorists.

Why is Trump still in the White House?

He’s under house arrest, his phone has been taken away, and Pence is running the government from the shadows.

The “Stop the Steal” placard reminds me of the Repub mantra of always lie and lie and lie again until people believe it. There was never any stealing of this election. In fact, experts say this was one of the best, cleanest elections in memory. But, the Dump losers couldn’t seem to be winners by acknowledging the facts, so they went with the Repub mantra to avoid responsibility. And for around seventy millions voters, it worked. And for a fascist like Dump, the next step was his own night, or day, of the long knives as a last ditch effort to reclaim victory from defeat. Dump promised to have their back, but when they failed to win him back the presidency, he left them to be arrested. Now, he just seeks to protect his own back with the few days available to him. When he does leave office on Jan.20th, he will go back to the Repub mantra while he dodges indictments.

I am sure that he is not responsible, and will take no responsibility, for what happened at the capitol the other day. Not his fault – fake news!

FYI, There was a Pro Trump protest in Augusta, Maine Saturday ( hiding behind anti mask demonstration) , all of 15 to 20 people showed up including 2 nutjobs with AK 47s . Don’t blame the cold weather for such a low turnout . Maine people are smarter then that !

I heard it was FOX NEWS that tried to make Trump look better by saying he’d finally lowered the Flag to half-mast over The White House . . . .four days after HIS MOB killed a Capitol Policeman. I can I assume it was the American Flag?
