All we need are some self-driving comments to match.

The fun is in watching people risking their lives.

Self driving bobsled…interesting idea. It would be an interesting test of decisions, reaction times and mechanics for the controlling system, i.e. hardware and software. On the other hand, all the crashes would quickly destroy the test vehicle and the bobsled run.

It’s a shame we never learned the inventor’s last name.

This is one of those Olympic events I dislike. A smooth rock could win a medal in some of them. Curling is more fun to watch, actually. Doing geometry in their heads and avoiding touching stray stones as they skim along, rapidly thrusting their brooms…almost as much fun as an 80 yard touchdown pass. Also I didn’t realize I was watching women’s hockey until the announcer called one of them “she”. They are fast and brutal. Also kinda cute. And the Americans won!!!
