Somehow I can’t see Shoe going to an opera.

Not for nothing, but the time to ask if he’s reached the opera house is before asking for the seats. It would save a lot of embarrassment.

Mort was wrong! He should have answered the phone by saying the business name! It was the way I was taught to answer any phone call.
