Sometimes you have to clear out the past to remember the past.

so once she gets to Florida and sees that Ringling Bros. has rolled their canvas for the last time, what’s she to do?! She shoulda kept Sun Tzu’s ‘Art of War’ (panel 2)… good reading while she’s living in a cardboard box planning her next move.

Reality can not kill a true dream. At worst, it can only get in your way occasionally and give you a minor rash.

Bad timing: The last Circus has folded up its tents forever….

And the circus wasn’t there. :(

Which soon became something else to toss down the chute…

She could join the Apple Circus, or Cirque du Soleil, or Carson & Barnes…

Yeah, Barnum and Bailey isn’t the only circus in town.

There are other circuses or is Ringling Brothers and Barnum an Baily the last one to close up shop in the USA after 146 years?

This is beautiful, really. I need to email it to a couple of recently divorced friends.
