The Donald was cornered. Therefore he Twittered

to try to escape his trap.

This made it Worse. Therefore embittered,

he yapped his nonsensical pap.

Our nation’s sandbox was therefore littered

by lumps of Trumpian crap.

Away by our Prez has our nation been frittered.

It began with a short-fingered tap.

I’m feeling insufferably smug this morning, because I have no idea what Spicer or Conway – or Captain Twitty, for that matter – have been saying lately.

Spicer had an upside down flag lapel pin or not long ago. An upside down flag is a sign of distress.

Not even Spicer believes everything Trump says.

Ah, for the days when we were a strong, proud, influential and respected leader among Nations. In just a month and a half we have become a third rate pseudo-republic with a clown at the top.
