As to the “besieged by foreigners” bit, the last boot of a hostile soldier with whose country we were at war departed American shores in 1814, after Andrew Jackson and his lads ran the British back into the Gulf of Mexico at the Battle of New Orleans. For those keeping score at home, that’s over 200 years ago!

News reports this AM say that Ivanka urged her father to be more reasonable in his speeches. Maybe the wrong Trump is POTUS?

Adding more and more lies and false promises, how long will his Jenga administration stand?

My local right-wing-nut radio station has all its on-air personalities singing the same tune – “He was so presidential!”

Trump can read from the teleprompter. Can he govern? All I have seen is a lot of talk and a lot of bad decisions. And deep Russian ties.

I don’t like the new optimistic Trump, who can no longer be defeated with unicorns and rainbows.

We know Trump didn’t write a single word of that speech that he read off the teleprompter. The question is, did he UNDERSTAND a single word of it?

As someone else once said : “There less to him than meets the eye.”

Change the tune, and keep doing the same thing you were going to do anyway while the attention-deficit media tells stories to itself about the “new” Trump.
