The story of King Canute rebuking the tide is widely believed to be an example of his arrogance, when in fact he used it as an example of humility to illustrate to his courtiers that their flattery of him wasn’t likely to work.

He’s a merry o’ soul- And a mery o’ soul is he. - He called for his pipeline, and he called for his coal, - And he called for his yes-men three.

And humility is not one of Trump’s defining characteristics…

Republicon congress got rid of the ethics committee. Expect a high tide of fraud and crookedness from the new right wing admin.

Republicans will just make that wave illegal and then blame Democrats for it. The usual dummies will come screaming about Pelosi.

No, these sort of future decrees won’t involve the house, senate, or supreme court. They will be tweeted imediately after he receives the divine revelations

Midas Trump wants everything he touches to turn to gold, however, given his selections for cabinet and appointments, like to the federal courts, grass may grow greener over the septic tank, that he’s pulling his policies and appointees from. Dangerous waves aren’t just climate.

There are three types of Trump lies. The first is the same ol’ same ol’ everyday ordinary kind of lie that any con artist tells. These would be the most numerous. The second category isn’t really lies (even though it is the easiest thing in the world to prove that they are plain and simply not true), but rather a reflection of Trump’s massive ignorance. He simply doesn’t know anything about anything! These are the second most numerous of Trump’s untruths. The third category wades into the deep waters of Trump’s many and assorted mental illnesses, and catches one more type of Trump lie: the kind Trump tells that he actually believes (though no non-delusional person would believe them).

Speaking as a lay person, and not pretending to be able to make a diagnosis, I’d say Trump is a nut case. A liar. A bully. None of these are technical terms, but that doesn’t mean they are wrong.

I’m here to defend President elect Donald Trump:) After we the people of the United States are through with him, or he is through with us we will probably say we’ve had better presidents:( What’s scary is we will probably have worse:(

Trump’s sandbar looks suspiciously like a surfboard, so he can ride the wave away from disaster.
