The reason Trump wants military officials in his cabinet is, once again, evidence of his sociopathic narcissism. Generals are hierarchical creatures. They came up through a system of obeying orders. And that’s what Trump wants them for…obeying his orders. Not for any independent thinking. Not for the highest and best advice. Remember Trump knows better than they do. Not for vetting different viewpoints, Trump cannot abide dissent of any kind. No, he wants them for their demonstrated obedience. Classic sociopathy and narcissism. This could be dangerous, folks.

Rachel Maddow had an excellent piece last night on the kleptocrat Putin. No wonder Trump likes Putin so much; in Trump’s eyes, Putin is a great success. Now Trump wants to do the same thing to us, building on our own kleptocracy event, the spectacularly successful banker coup in 2008.

When Rick Perry is up for Senate confirmation, I do hope somebody or other will ask him why he publicly said that Trump is unfit to be the commander in chief of the United States of America. (Probably it was the cough medicine that did it……..)
