He’s a no-nonsense cat. And “everything he does is dignified.” ;p He always reminds of Humphrey Bogart as a cat (i.e. Sam Spade from the Maltese Falcon).

“What is in this empty bag” is Elvis.

Over the online incarnation of this strip, Ms. Dunn has proved her mastery of packing a lot of content into a small space. Here, she demonstrates that this can be done in this compact format. These panels are like a string of jewels, each exquisite. Four cartoons in the space of one! The haiku aesthetic!

My husband admits that he enjoys seeing the strips that I pass on to him. They are so right-on, so much like our two Siamese.

Oh, you can find a LOT of goodies in an empty bag, Elvis! You just need to turn on your imagination!

Although my Siamese has many things in common with Elvis, I’m really glad that “a little excitable” and “vigilant” are two that he doesn’t have.

This is just as great as a “standard size” strip as when it was when it was “free form”. I love it!

OK, we’ve had a Lupin-intro strip, and an Elvis-intro strip; I can’t wait to see the Puck-intro strip!
