    The forensic evidence shows that the murder occurred in the garden maze. Someone has been tampering with the crime scene.

    Ha ha, this reminds me of when I lived in the DC area. Everyone there was so focused on “issues” and really up on current events and what was happening in Congress. When I relocated I found out that people who don’t live in the DC area really don’t care much about “issues.” And, of course, nowadays Congress doesn’t do anything so I guess nobody anywhere talks about what Congress is up to.

    Today, thank you all, I think I’ll go with the football game (though skipping as much as possible of the hype and all of the pre-pre-pre-game “specials”)! The trouble with English polite mysteries is that the characters all speak British English and are half the time unintelligible to American ears (at least to mine)….

    The last panels are obviously based on the Midsummer Murders, one of the most dangerous places in the UK to be within 20 miles of.
