Trump: We need to put a businessman in The White House. Man: At your Taj Mahal, you ran up a huge debt, managed it horribly, it went into default and then bankruptcy. Trump: What does any of that have to do with governing?
Some businessman. It’s said that if tRump had just taken his total inheritance and put it into an S & P 500 fund and left it there, by now he’d be far richer than he currently is. I believe it, but it would have been so much less fun!
It was Obama’s fault that the government didn’t bail out Trump’s failed casinos. Everyone knows that he’s a fascist except Glenn Beck:
‘’I am not saying that Barack Obama is a fascist. If I’m not mistaken, in the early days of Adolf Hitler, they were very happy to line up for help there as well. I mean, the companies were like, ‘Hey, wait a minute. We can get, you know, we can get out of trouble here. They can help, et cetera, et cetera.’’’
—Glenn Beck, comparing government bailouts of auto companies to actions of German companies during the rise of Hitler, Fox News’s Glenn Beck show, April 1, 2009
Very well stated. I am still nervous as hell about this election, but entertain (perhaps delusional) thoughts that the trumpuppets are not enough of a VOTING majority to win the white house. I do feel that the upcoming SCOTUS fiasco will bring down the republican stranglehold on congress.
There is some hope that the failed system will change." …It’s understandable that parents with strong beliefs would feel it is their duty to see their children adopt those beliefs. But, however well-meaning these efforts are, they may be in vain. A study recently published in the British Journal of Political Science, based on data from the U.S. and U.K., found that parents who are insistent that their children adopt their political views inadvertently influence their children to abandon the belief once they become adults. The mechanism is perhaps surprising: Children who come from homes where politics is a frequent topic of discussion are more likely to talk about politics once they leave home, exposing them to new viewpoints—which they then adopt with surprising frequency. … "http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2014/05/parents-political-beliefs/361462/
Somewhere a long time ago Trump said to a friend “The American people are so stupid anyone can become president”. His friend said “you have it all, a quick mind and a good tongue.. prove it” And here we are.
Because Trump’s given word is absolutely meaningless, we can safely assume that he wouldn’t try to keep any of his campaign promises. Of course, all of his campaign promises are either stupid or crazy (and some are downright evil), so it’s a darn good thing that Trump breaks all his wedding vows and other promises!
Now we come to the book by Trump, found in the Bible between Acts and Regrets, giving away his real age, his terrible outrage when things didn’t go well after he sold one of his properties and the river ran dry, the grass all died, and he ended up in court after being sued for wearing his wig outside in the and rain, sleet, and snow and the oddest thing was everyone cheered when he rode off in his chariot pulled by dozen of white horses heading towards his Palace in the Eastern hemisphere. Check out Trump: Page 321, paragraph 43 -54. New Testament.
