I would have expected his general ares of interest to include ’legalization, pharmaceuticals, hookah management and manufacture", and such like.

    “What are your strengths?”

    “I talk with plants…”

    “Okay, horticulture therapy..”

    “I’m a tanning champion…”

“Vitamin D scheduler and seasonal light therapy… I think we can place you in the soft health industry…”

DavidHuieGreenA final (I hope) rebuttal to your bizarre self-contradiction of yesterday and my – seemingly – vain attempt to point it out. Also, I did not initially claim that YOU made a straw man argument, I said that rpmurray did. But, since you pile onto it:“Here I point out I never claimed they were representative of liberals or conservatives. That was YOUR claim”“They seem fairly common.”QI): The line immediately above is the representative part.

“In contrast, the ones who DON’T think the solutions to the world’s problems lies in getting an unspecified “fair share” out of an unspecified group of 1% of 5% or 10%, well they seem relatively rare.” QI): This paragraph denotes the “liberal or conservative” part (and by stating that the conservative side is “rare”, you imply that the liberal is not, reinforcing the idea that the outliers are representative).

All your words. All your contradiction. ’Nuff said.

All your contradiction. ’Nuff said.”.You obviously have more straw than you know what to do with..If I am reading what you write correctly, you are claiming that the ones who think the solution to the world’s problems is to take all from the wealthy is a “liberal” idea and the ones who don’t think that crazy are all conservatives..Again, I have made no such claim, yet you keep claiming I do. I just think it is nutjobs, but if you insist on identifying the concept as liberal, that is on you, not on me..’Nuff said?or more to come?

Or if he’s overheard by the Dean — he might wind up teaching in Walden’s MBA program….

@QuiteDragon“Also, I did not initially claim that YOU made a straw man argument, I said that rpmurray did. But, since you pile onto it:”.When I pointed out that for it to be a straw man argument, It would have to be a false initial statement, in this case that such attitudes exist and have been expressed. Your response (as quoted below) to my mentioning the real existence of such thinking constituted a straw man argument on my part even though you admitted they exist. Again, I didn’t call them “liberals”, “conservatives”, “Methodists” or any other name. Just that they exist..

“So, you want to use the aberrant outliers to represent everyone who has a liberal view? I do believe that that is the definition of straw man.”.Zonker Harris would have known better.

@QuiteDragon“I am not claiming anything, anymore … except that I have not interest in conversing with you again.”.We shall see how trustworthy that claim is.Zonker Harris doesn’t bear grudges or make things up, that’s why he has such an awesome resume.

“Give it up. DHG firmly believes that the last one to say something – ANYTHING – wins. ".I’m minding my own business, as I do so well, when a false accusation is leveled against me claiming I made a straw man argument attacking liberals when I had never even mentioned liberals. .The basis of a straw man argument is that it must make a false claim about someone. .The existence of people believing the strange thing mentioned was acknowledged but called an “outlier” and not representative of the group I never claimed they represented..Having tried unsuccessfully to explain that there is a difference between my beloved liberals and the nutjobs mentioned, the result was not an admission of false representation but rather a statement that no more conversations would be happening. .Promises, promises..Then this other acts like I am at fault for responding to false accusations. These X are brutal..I hope I’m not like that when I grow up.
