Harley proves once again that he doesn’t know anything about history. Although there’s no doubt that Holder is way below what we need as Attorney General. The real problem is the constant poison pills. Perhaps a Constitutional amendment is in order—or perhaps certain politicians could swallow certain things…….

If that were truly the case, Harley, the Republicans could just hold the confirmation vote and reject her. The refuse to even hold a hearing or a vote.
