this is such a hard for each of them. I can’t make out if she is going to do the right thing for them or not.

She kinda looks like feels there is no future together, remembering the time when she must have felt at least a little for him.And poor Wally and Holly! I hope Wally can whup that lizard and will win their way out.

I wonder if there’s anything like a “rodent abandonment” law in this colony, and what happens to them if they wonder around without an owner. Will it be the rodent pound for these two?
