I’ve been part of a jury….Getting twelve people to agree on even the most obvious of facts is impossible….Cat wrangling comes to mind….I’m surprised that anybody is ever convicted……Seriously, people all you have to do is convince one person there is some doubt, and you walz away Scott free…..

There was one lady that agreed that the guy beat the other guy in the face with a 2 by 4, and almost killed him, but thought he would change his ways, and another guy who said the victim deserved what he got… They both would not accept the blood on the 2 by 4 was the victims….They didn’t have the DNA…..The judge told us later that shows like CSI have changed jurors expectations….Witness accounts are less believable…If they had done the DNA on the blood on the 2 by 4 the assholes would changed their vote…. ……… Be not proud of the our jury system……. but it is the best there is….

Judge: “Tell them that if they still have money in their pockets that there’s something wrong with the system. Collect the coin and put it in the tip jar with the others.”

The judge should go to the bailiff and whisper in his ear " Heads is guilty, tails is not innocent, tee time in one hour " Hey it seems that way some times….depending…if you know what I mean.

And what would that one judge, the one with mental issues have said? “Off with their heads” speaking of course of the jury, not the accused.

They weren’t mentioned in the trial & you can’t always tell, especially depending on the quality of the surgeon, the type & shape of the implants & the clothing worn at that time!

Hey, better that than taking your chances with twelve people picked by liars,… err… lawyers for their malleability, lack of intelligence, and having nothing better to do than sit through a trial…

We will require both a goat and a chicken. Jury duty is too serious a matter to be left to the reading of only one set of entrails. And if you could scare up a grill and a keg of beer, that would be great.

This is actually possible given the quality of juries nowdays.

The jury is trying to tell you something Judge. They want to be disqualified.
